3. Execution Processes
i) Build Deliverables
ii) Monitor and Control
- Perform Time Management
- Perform Cost Management

- Perform Procurement Management
- Perform Acceptance Management
- Perform Procurement Management

4. Closure
i) Perform Project Closure

  1. As the project manager to construct a 2 storey building on the left wing of the area within budget of S$10 million with time frame by 2 years, we have to ensure that

    1) all necessary activities are finished in a proper sequence and on time;
    2) the project meets its quality goals within allocated budget;
    3) the people assigned to the project receive the motivation, direction and information needed to do their jobs i.e. thru weekly and monthly update meetings
    All the above has to be kept in mind along the project in order to control and monitor the progress at all times.
    As for the rest of the processes might include some or all the followings:
    - Authority inspections and permits
    - Structural & Architectural design
    - M&E design
    - Testing and Commissioning and Submission of as built drawings, warranties and manuals during acceptance
    - Accounts payable during procurement activities and after project closure
